We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, priced in US Dollars. Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $65 ship free. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination; remote regions may take longer.
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. See our Refunds & Returns page for the full process.
Our hooks, rails, cabinets and the wall mirror include the fixings suited to solid walls. Walls, fixings and weight limits vary, so installation and the choice of appropriate anchors are the customer's responsibility. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified tradesperson. Stated capacities assume correct installation into a sound surface.
We favour natural materials — bamboo, rattan, solid oak, beech and acacia — finished with blackened or powder-coated steel. Each product page lists its exact materials, dimensions and care. Natural materials carry slight variations in grain and tone; that is part of the character, not a fault.
The Wall Mirror with Hooks uses safety-backed glass and ships in dedicated anti-shatter packaging with reinforced, protected edges. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it.
No. Although our parent company has a heating and plumbing heritage, Alph sells only entryway and shoe-storage homeware. We do not sell gas, pressurised, or electric-heating components of any kind.
