This website at allph.shop (the “Site”) is operated by A L PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC218753, trading as Alph (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered office is Unit 2, Southhook Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA1 2NN.

By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy.

We sell homeware for the entryway — shoe storage, coat hooks, benches, baskets, mirrors and related accessories. We do not sell gas, pressurised, or electric-heating components of any kind.

We take care to describe and picture products accurately. Because our goods use natural materials such as bamboo, rattan and solid wood, slight variations in grain, colour and finish are inherent and are not defects. Dimensions are approximate and stated capacities assume correct assembly and installation.

Some products are wall-mounted or load-bearing(for example coat rails, hooks, the slim cabinet and the wall mirror). Where fixings are supplied they suit common solid walls only.

• Installation, and the selection of anchors and fixings appropriate to your wall type, are your responsibility.
• Do not exceed stated weight limits. Capacities assume a level, sound surface and correct assembly.
• If you are in any doubt, consult a qualified tradesperson. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings, or use beyond a product’s stated purpose or capacity.
• The entryway mirror contains glass; handle and mount with care and keep edges away from children.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example where an item is mispriced or unavailable) and will refund any sum already paid.

Card statements for purchases will show the descriptor “ALPH STORE”.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any transit damage promptly (within 48 hours for the mirror).

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days, as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from incorrect installation or misuse of products.

All content on the Site — text, imagery, design and the Alph name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Scotland, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
